Temporary Patient Experience & Sales Coordinator (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Luxury Medical Practice | Aesthetic Wellness | Intimate Wellness | Longevity Medicine Pay: $26.00–$28.00 per hour + Commission (based on experience)

Position Type: Full-Time Temporary (Approximately 6 Months) with Potential for Permanent Employment

Swan Medical is a physician-owned specialty practice dedicated to Intimate Wellness, Aesthetic Medicine, and Longevity. Our mission is to provide an exceptional patient experience while helping patients look, feel, and live their best.

We are currently seeking a full-time Temporary Patient Experience & Sales Coordinator to join our team while one of our valued team members is on maternity leave.

This is an approximately 6-month position, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role for the right candidate as our practice continues to grow.

At Swan Medical, we are not a traditional medical office. Every interaction is designed to provide a luxury, concierge-level experience where patients feel welcomed, cared for, and confident in their treatment decisions.

We're looking for an outgoing, polished, sales-minded professional who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and delivering exceptional service.

If you have experience creating outstanding customer experiences in luxury retail, the beauty industry, a medical spa, cosmetic practice, concierge medicine, or high-end hospitality, we'd love to meet you.

Who We're Looking For

This is not an entry-level position.

To be considered, applicants must have at least three years of customer service experience in one or more of the following:

● Luxury Retail

● Beauty Industry

● Medical Spa

● Cosmetic Dermatology or Plastic Surgery Practice

● Concierge Medical Practice

● High-End Hospitality

Candidates without this type of experience will not be considered. We're looking for someone who is:

Deliver an Exceptional Patient Experience

● Welcome every patient with warmth and professionalism.

● Be the first and last impression of our practice.

● Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries with confidence and care. ● Schedule appointments efficiently for providers and patients. ● Ensure every patient feels valued throughout their visit.

Sales & Patient Education

● Educate patients about treatments, memberships, and wellness programs. ● Discuss pricing, packages, financing, and promotions.

● Recommend services that support patients' treatment goals. ● Build long-term patient relationships.

● Follow up with prospective and existing patients.

● Help achieve individual and practice sales goals.

Administrative Responsibilities

● Maintain accurate patient records.

● Collect payments and process transactions.

● Coordinate provider schedules.

● Support front office operations.

● Maintain a polished reception area.

● Assist with inventory and retail displays.

Qualifications

Required

● Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in luxury retail, beauty, hospitality, a medical spa, cosmetic medical practice, concierge medicine, or a similar luxury service environment.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.

● Comfortable discussing pricing and recommending services.

● Professional appearance and demeanor.

● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong computer skills.

Preferred

● Experience in aesthetics or cosmetic medicine.

● Experience with EMR or scheduling software.

● Experience working with memberships or treatment packages.

● Previous commission-based sales experience.

Compensation

● $26.00–$28.00 per hour (depending on experience)
