What You’ll Do:

Client Experience

Serve as the first point of contact—welcoming clients and guests, building strong relationships, and creating a warm, professional environment
Utilize AI tools to support seamless communication and enhance the overall client experience

Sales & Growth

Support client tours and the sales process while identifying opportunities to enhance experience and drive center growth

Operations

Manage front desk operations, including mail handling and coordination
Support billing and help maintain smooth, organized center operations, including clean, well-kept shared spaces and equipment
Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations and bring forward ideas to improve workflows, processes, and the overall client experience

Events & Community

Be the connector—bringing people together, sparking conversations, and building a strong community
Coordinate and host client events, networking opportunities, and appreciation activities
Create engaging experiences while supporting event setup, execution, and follow-up
Play a key role in shaping and strengthening the Quest culture through daily interactions

What We’re Looking For

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
2+ years of experience in hospitality, front desk, concierge, or client-facing roles preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Professional, service-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
Sales or event experience is a plus
Familiarity with AI tools and a curiosity for using technology to work smarter is a plus
