Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will drive positive behavioral change, support families, and promote independence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment focused on excellence in patient care and behavioral health.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional assessments and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
Design, oversee, and modify individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and ongoing patient assessment.
Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to support children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and ensure treatment efficacy while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral therapy methods, data collection procedures, and medical documentation standards.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication and ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans across settings.
Conduct behavioral psychological assessments and support home-based interventions to promote generalization of skills in natural environments.

Requirements

Valid BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorders.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessment techniques, and behavioral health principles.
Experience in medical terminology, medical records management, intake procedures, and patient care documentation.
Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans based on data-driven insights.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and confidentiality protocols related to medical documentation.
Home-based behavioral experience is preferred; excellent communication skills are essential for working with diverse populations including those with neurodevelopmental disorders.
