PROGRAM OVERVIEW
More Than Behavior Intervention
TogetherWeThrive is StudioFive10's comprehensive School Climate Solution for middle and high schools. The program integrates social-emotional learning, restorative practices, leadership development, and community engagement into everyday school experiences.
Rather than responding only after challenges arise, School Community Development Coaches proactively build relationships, facilitate restorative practices, develop student leaders, and provide tiered supports that strengthen accountability, belonging, and student success.
THE CHALLENGE
- Students become increasingly disconnected from their school community.
- Students need stronger social-emotional and conflict-resolution skills.
- Schools often rely on reactive discipline instead of restorative responses.
- Students have limited opportunities to shape school culture.
- Schools need coordinated systems that strengthen belonging and engagement.
THE TOGETHERWETHRIVE RESPONSE
- Relationship-centered practices that strengthen belonging and connection
- Social-emotional learning that builds resilience and responsible decision-making
- Restorative practices that repair harm and create meaningful accountability
- Leadership opportunities that amplify student voice and positive influence
- Coordinated supports aligned with existing school climate systems
Who We Serve
TogetherWeThrive is designed for middle and high schools serving students in grades 6 through 12. While students remain at the center of the program, TogetherWeThrive partners with teachers, administrators, classified staff, campus supervisors, counselors, and families to strengthen relationships, improve school climate, and support student success.
Program Goals
- Increase social-emotional skill development among students, staff, and families.
- Reduce behavioral incidents and suspensions through restorative practices.
- Sustain successful conflict mediation while reducing repeat behavioral incidents.
- Improve school climate by strengthening safety, belonging, trust, and emotional well-being.
- Develop student leaders who actively contribute to a positive and restorative school community.
