We’re actively hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to provide clinical support in Assisted Living communities and serve in Nurse Manager-level support roles within Skilled Nursing facilities throughout Minnesota.

What You’ll Do
Assisted Living Support Nurse Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct resident care and complete nursing assessments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Create and update individualized care plans
- Support compliance, documentation, and clinical operations
- Assist communities during staffing transitions or census growth
Skilled Nursing Nurse Manager Support Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight to nursing teams
- Support staffing coordination and clinical operations
- Mentor and guide LPNs, RNs, and CNAs
- Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation standards
- Assist with admissions, care planning, audits, and quality initiatives
- Step into leadership roles during management transitions or leaves
QualificationsRequired:
- Active Minnesota RN license in good standing
- 3+ years of nursing experience
- Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred for Skilled Nursing assignments
- Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
