We are deeply rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), employing effective behavior management techniques alongside skill-building strategies to foster a nurturing and engaging environment for our children. Our services are flexible and adaptable, delivered in various settings, including the home, community, and while on the go, ensuring that each family's unique needs are met with care and professionalism.

We are actively seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable individuals to join our team and provide essential support to clients within the autism community. The ideal candidate will possess experience in ABA and hold qualifications such as Behavior Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our commitment to high-quality care requires team members who are not only skilled but also passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and their families.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

- Engage children in age-appropriate and developmentally- appropriate activities that promote learning and social interaction.

- Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for all children at all times.

- Ensure the well-being and safety of children, monitoring their activities and providing guidance as needed.

- Assist with daily living skills and routines, fostering independence and confidence in the children.

- Identify and seize naturalistic teaching opportunities to encourage skill acquisition and personal growth.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience working in the ABA field, demonstrating a solid understanding of behavioral principles and techniques.

- Reliable transportation to ensure timely and consistent service delivery.

- Current First Aid certification, or the willingness to obtain certification promptly.

- Strong ability to provide compassionate and attentive care to children, recognizing their individual needs and preferences.
