Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines administrative leadership with financial oversight, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment while maintaining accurate bookkeeping records. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to support daily office functions and manage essential financial tasks. Duties

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate events to ensure efficient time management for staff and leadership
Perform data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management tasks with precision and attention to detail
Support bookkeeping duties such as payroll processing, bill payments, and financial reporting
Provide administrative support including typing correspondence, managing email communications, and assisting with personal or executive assistant tasks as needed

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and general computer literacy
Prior clerical experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and document management
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of bookkeeping practices including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations is essential
