Overview:
At Diamond C, our purpose is to fuel the growth and success of our team members, customers, and community. In this streamlined IT Support Technician role, you will be the main point of contact for our team's technology needs. You will manage incoming technical requests, diagnose a variety of hardware and software issues, and support our IT systems to ensure a seamless experience for everyone. The ideal candidate has a strong problem-solving mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a patient, customer-oriented attitude toward troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a central point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance via email, phone, remote tools, or in person.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, Android).
Assist in the setup, configuration, deployment, and routine maintenance of computers, printers, mobile devices, and core software applications.
Manage incoming support tickets efficiently, keeping accurate records of technical problems, updates, and resolutions.
Investigate root causes of critical or recurring technical issues and collaborate with advanced IT team members to implement lasting solutions.
Create and maintain clear internal technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and helpful "How-To" guides for end-users.
Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
All other duties as assigned through IT.
Qualifications:
Prior experience working in IT support, a helpdesk, or a technical troubleshooting environment.
Solid understanding of computer operations, hardware diagnostics, and networking fundamentals.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical users.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to troubleshooting.
Patience, adaptability, and an excellent customer-service attitude.
Ability to self-manage time and effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Bonus Skills
Bilingual language skills (English / Spanish).
Professional IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent).
Working Conditions:
Requires occasional after-hours availability for critical incidents and technical projects.
Physical demands include occasional lifting or moving of equipment and working in varied environments (including hot/cold manufacturing areas).
Occasional use of ladders, lifts, or climbing equipment needed for hardware installations.
