Full Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, repairs, and construction projects to ensure all requests are completed up to standard. The Handy Man will work independently or as part of a team to accomplish tasks and will be expected to have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Candidate must also have a phone and be able to work on company apps daily.

Responsibilities:
- Must have relevant work experience and be able to perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Majority of work will be in Sewickley and the surrounding area
- Applicants are responsible for travel to Sewickley daily (8am-5pm)
- Conduct repairs and replacements for equipment, fixtures, and appliances
- Paint and finish surfaces
- Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Clean and prepare work sites and materials
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Experience:
- Prior experience in the field of maintenance and repair required
- The ideal candidate will have a background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or a related trade
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities is a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in a related field is preferred
