Full Job Description

Job Overview

Join our Managed Mobile Services company as our new Distribution and Provisioning Manager!

Lead a team of 5-8 team members in providing customized solutions to clients related to their mobile devices. This includes:

Preparing new devices
Recycling old devices
Kitting new mobile devices with appropriate accessories
Managing our inventory of devices and accories
Responding to client requests

You will be responsible for ensuring consistent and timely fulfillment of orders and projects while finding opportunities to improve and expand our service offerings. This is a working manager role, expected to contribute to team outputs in addition to managing the team.

As our Distribution and Fulfillment Manager, you will:

Oversee the operation and staffing of the LINQ distribution and fulfillment team, including day to day operations and hiring and training of team members.
Create and maintain training documentation for fulfillment specialists.
Ensure timely processing of orders, returns, and completion of projects.
Process recycling with vendor to ensure de-commissioned devices are removed promptly.
Manage inventory of devices and equipment, including securing and controlling access appropriately.
Ensure that inventory management, provisioning, and recycling tasks are completed per client specifications in a timely manner and meeting client expectations.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to the operations of the distribution and fulfillment team.
Maintain accurate records of provisioning activities, including the supplies used and progress of orders.
Support client services and account management teams with effectively managing and responding to escalated client concerns to ensure that they are satisfied with LINQ’s service standard.
Ensure department request queue is being effectively managed.
Monitor and ensure the team is achieving Key Performance Indicators and metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional support groups on requests and projects, for both Internal IT and external Clients.
Effectively communicate with internal teams, vendors and clients regarding order status, issues and updates.
Communicate status updates on long-term projects and exercise consistent follow up.
Act as a proactive voice to inform leadership of observed internal IT or client procedural issues.
Develop and perform QA to mitigate and reduce Errors/Escalations
Maintain a clean work environment for the team.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High school Diploma or equivalent educational experience.
Two years of distribution/provisioning experience-this can include in retail, mobile services, or any position providing relevant experience
Knowledge of mobile devices and device set-ups-able to complete basic functions on both IOS and Android operating systems.
Amazing, top of the line, customer service skills with a focus on resolution and follow through.
Ability to effectively manage and train a team of 5-8 direct reports.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce.
Reliably perform job-related tasks, finishing assigned projects to meet deadlines.
Skilled at developing positive relationships and rapport with all clients and LINQ team members.
Ability to think analytically to identify trends and take appropriate actions.
Demonstrated detail orientation, organizational, prioritization and time management skills; experience building daily/weekly structure in schedule.
Ability to work flexible schedules to meet business needs and performance requirements.
Advanced computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability and willingness to work in our Pittsburgh, PA-based headquarters office Monday through Friday.
Ability to successfully pass a criminal history background check.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience managing a team.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
