ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Gupta Permold, the parent company of DiamondLife®, an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D, is a world-class advanced aluminum foundry utilizing the permanent mold process. The company is currently hiring a full-time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.

Summary:

DiamondLife® is a premier manufacturer of numerous ground-breaking patented products in storage & organization. Our online store has been one of the fastest growing in its space over the past 20 years and sells direct to all over North America. We're a 100-person manufacturing company; large enough to be a force but still small enough to be agile.

Primary Responsibilities:

Administrative and Operational Support:

Inventory Management:Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers and warehouses for restocking, and assisting in regular audits to ensure accurate records.
Order Processing & Fulfillment: Verifying payments, printing shipping labels, coordinating with logistics partners and managing returns and exchanges.
Data Entry & Database Management: Maintaining accurate customer records, order details, and product information in database and e-commerce platforms.
General Administrative Tasks: Managing emails and organizing documents.
Website Maintenance Support: Testing new features and reporting bugs to ensure a functional and user-friendly website.

Customer Service:

Inquiry Management: Responding promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns via email, phone, and live chat.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, shipping delays, cancellations, and damaged products.
Product Information: Providing detailed information and recommendations to assist customers with purchasing decisions.
Feedback Management: Tracking customer feedback and common issues to help identify process improvements and enhance overall satisfaction
Hours:
Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Part-Time Hours: Monday through Friday 11:00am - 4:30pm

Requirements:

Driver License & Reliable Transportation
Must be over 18 at the time of hire

Skills and Qualifications:

4-year college degree strongly preferred
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially with working knowledge of Excel
Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues.
Ability to work within a team and independently

Wages & Benefits:

Wage: $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
