Job Role: Client Relationship Support Specialist - Financial Services

The Speakman Financial Group is looking for an energized team player with financial industry experience who wants to be part of creating raving fans of our clients. This is the perfect position for a talented professional willing to acquire a deep understanding of our business model, products and services. Job Responsibilities Include:

Liaison with existing clients and colleagues relative to the service and solutions required
Onboarding new clients; educating them in support of the solutions and services recommended
With your team, ensure all customer inquiries and service requests are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
Communicate clients’ needs, objectives and feedback to the advisors/team
Communicate and collaborate with colleagues to maintain optimum efficiency, and to ensure policies, procedures and reporting are compliant with FINRA, SEC and our Broker Dealer, LPL Financial

Knowledge/Skill Set:

Demonstrates professional étiquette in client relations, written and verbal communications;
Effective, clear communication skills both verbal and written; presents numerical data effectively;
Computers, i.e., software programs including Office Suite, CRM and proprietary web-based tools;
Balances team and individual responsibilities and ability to multi task;
Contributes to building a positive team spirit through commitments to goals and objectives;
Troubleshooting/problem solving;
Attention to detail;
Willing to engage, and grow / learn / understand
Financial industry terminology and concepts
Regular and predictable attendance and business casual appearance is an essential function and expectation of the job

Experience and Education

Position typically requires a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Certification and Licensing

Required: SIE, FINRA Series 6 & 63
If you are not currently licensed, you will be required to successfully obtain these licenses within your first 6 months on the job.
