What You'll Do Client Experience

Welcome every client with exceptional hospitality.
Build meaningful relationships with members and guests.
Conduct engaging studio tours.
Educate clients about Restore therapies and benefits.
Help clients develop personalized wellness plans.
Deliver an exceptional first impression from check-in through checkout.

Sales & Business Development

Recommend memberships based on client goals.
Consistently achieve membership and retail sales goals.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Contact inactive members and encourage return visits.
Participate in community outreach events and marketing initiatives.
Support promotional campaigns and studio events.

Operations

Schedule appointments and manage client accounts.
Process memberships, packages, and retail sales.
Maintain accurate client information.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming.
Support teammates and contribute to the overall success of the business.

What We're Looking ForRequired

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience
Minimum 1 year of sales or consultative customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable learning technology and POS systems
Available to work evenings and at least one weekend shift each week

Experience in:

Health & Wellness
Medical offices
Hospitality
Luxury retail
Membership-based businesses
Fitness
Spa or Aesthetics

Leadership experience is a plus.
