Job description:

Position requires working all following days and shifts

M-F: 9:30aam -7:00 pm

Sat: 9:30am - 6:00 PM

Sun: 10:00 am -4:00 pm

NEED TO BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ALL DAYS AND SHIFTS. INCLUDING WEEKENDS

Duties:

Warmly greeting clients and checking them in
Booking and confirming appointments via phone and email
Processing transactions (cash and credit card) and issuing receipts
Offering beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services
Maintain tidy reception area
Light clean duties

Requirements and skills:

2 yr. face to face customer experience, not phone experience
Familiarity with processing transactions on a register
Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with customer service attitude
Solid organization and record-keeping skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to bend, lean over and lift items (minimum of 20 lbs) in order to maintain salon duties.
An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances.
High School diploma
Driver's license with reliable transportation and clean driving record
No criminal or felony record

Job Type: Part-time
