Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with daily care needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a home or facility setting. This position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care while fostering a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
Document care provided and report any significant changes in client condition to the care team.
Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Skills

Experience in compassionate caregiving with family or clients in home or assisted-living settings.
Ability to assist individuals with disabilities, providing respectful and dignified support.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and families.
Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others improve their quality of life.
