This Isn’t Just a Front Desk Job; It’s a Critical Role in Patient Care, Practice Flow, and Helping People Feel Seen and Supported
Whether a patient is calling for the first time or checking in for their tenth visit, you are the voice that shapes their experience.
At Restore Your Core Physical Therapy, that voice matters.
We’re looking for a patient-care-focused administrative professional who brings warmth, focus, and professionalism to every interaction.
Someone who doesn’t just schedule appointments, but creates clarity in busy moments, protects clinic flow, and helps patients feel confident in what comes next.
This role is not about punching the clock.
It is about being the heart of a cash-based, boutique physical therapy practice that believes care starts before the first visit and trust is built through clear communication, consistency, and emotional intelligence.
Why This Role Matters
You are the first impression and the lasting one.
From the initial inquiry through ongoing scheduling and follow-up, you guide patients through their experience with confidence and empathy.
You explain expectations clearly. You protect boundaries professionally. And you ensure every interaction reflects the standards of a prestigious, patient-centered clinic.
Our clinic is growing, and our systems matter. If you love bringing structure to busy days, communicating with intention, and helping people feel supported without chaos, you will thrive here.

Financial Communication (Cash-Based Practice)
- Confidently explain evaluation deposit requirements and payment expectations when applicable
- Collect Initial Evaluation deposits and process related payments accurately and professionally
- Ensure patients understand scheduling and financial expectations before care begins, reducing confusion and friction
- Coordinate with leadership regarding patient account questions and payment-related concerns

- Process incoming and outgoing faxes accurately and on time

- Are detail-oriented, organized, and reliable in a fast-paced setting
- Are emotionally mature, calm under pressure, and respectful of boundaries
