Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Bilingual English/Russian Home Care Coordinator to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, ensuring seamless coordination of home care services. Your energetic approach will help facilitate effective communication between clients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those needing personalized home care support while utilizing your bilingual skills to bridge language barriers and enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities

Act as the main liaison for clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, providing clear and compassionate communication in both English and Russian.
Handle high volume of calls
Manage scheduling of home care services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care based on client needs.
Maintain accurate records notes in HHAeXchange, including data entry and documentation of client interactions and care plans.
Coordinate with insurance providers for third-party billing, verifying coverage details and assisting with claims processing to optimize revenue cycle management.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and maintaining positive relationships.
Facilitate internal communication among care teams to ensure everyone is aligned on client requirements and updates.
Support administrative tasks such as managing appointments, updating client information, and handling phone communications with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven administrative experience within healthcare settings or related fields.
Fluency in both English and Russian is essential; excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages are required.
Two years of experience as a Home Care Coordinator.
Two years of experience with HHAeXchange system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and scheduling purposes.
Experience with managed care systems, revenue cycle management, insurance third-party billing, and health insurance knowledge is highly desirable.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client communication and building trustful relationships.
Ability to type efficiently for data entry tasks; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
