Field Marketing & Events Coordinator

Kinective Fitness Club - Plano, TX

About Kinective

Kinective is a premium fitness and wellness club built around community, culture, and lifestyle. We are opening our Plano location with seven studios under one roof, a spa, aquatics, rooftop deck, café, and bar. We are not a gym. We are a connected community, and we are looking for someone to help bring that community to life across the Dallas area.

The Role

This is a hands-on field marketing and events coordinator role. You will help execute Kinective's local activations, events, ambassador relationships, and community presence in the Plano, Frisco, and Dallas market. You will work closely with our marketing and creative team, who set the concept and direction. You will be the person on the ground making sure everything comes together smoothly: handling logistics, coordinating vendors, and managing the details that make each event run seamlessly and bring each activation to life.

This is a coordination and execution role, not a strategy seat. The creative direction comes from the marketing team. Your job is to understand that direction and deliver it faithfully. That means you are comfortable working with mood boards, brand guidelines, and the language of a creative team. You do not need to develop the concept, but you do need to interpret it well enough to translate it into a real-world experience that meets our standard.

That said, execution at this level requires its own form of creativity. We are looking for someone who thinks resourcefully, adapts quickly, and finds solutions where others see obstacles. Whether it is a last-minute vendor issue, a setup that needs rethinking on-site, or a budget constraint that calls for a smarter approach, you bring a problem-solving mindset to every detail. This is not about following a checklist. It is about owning the outcome.

This role is highly visible, in-person, and hands-on. It is a strong fit for someone early in their marketing or events career who is organized, energetic, personable, and ready to grow with a premium brand.

What You Will Do

Event execution and logistics

Coordinate the day-to-day logistics of Kinective's activations and events, from setup to breakdown
Manage vendor and venue coordination, timelines, supplies, print, and on-site setup under the direction of the marketing team
Help run mini activations and lead-generation events that support founding-member sign-ups
Keep events organized, on schedule, and on budget

Ambassador program support

Help identify and coordinate local brand ambassadors who authentically represent Kinective
Support outreach, scheduling, and ongoing communication with ambassadors
Coordinate ambassador participation in events and activations under the direction of the marketing team

Community and field support

Support outreach to local businesses, studios, and partners
Represent Kinective at community events and activations
Help maintain relationships and follow up on local opportunities

Coordination and tracking

Track event tasks, deliverables, and timelines using our project management system (Monday.com)
Coordinate with internal teams and outside partners to keep activations moving
Help capture and organize event leads in our CRM

What We Are Looking For

1–3 years of experience coordinating and executing events, with a track record in high-end or luxury activations
Direct exposure to premium experiential events is required. This can come from fitness, wellness, hospitality, or another adjacent premium lifestyle environment. What matters is that you understand how a high-end activation should look, feel, and run
Strong organization and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Personable and comfortable representing a premium brand in person
Local knowledge of the Plano, Frisco, and Dallas area is a plus
Comfortable working in person, on-site, with flexible hours that include some evenings and weekends for events
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn

Nice to Have

Bilingual (English/Spanish), helpful for collaboration with our El Paso creative team and local vendors
Specific experience in the fitness or wellness space
Experience supporting ambassador, influencer, or community-partner programs
Familiarity with google workspace tools, GoHighLevel, and similar tools
Existing connections in the local fitness and wellness community

What This Role Is Not

This is not a paid-media, digital-advertising, or marketing-strategy role. Strategy and paid social are handled separately. This role is focused on the hands-on coordination and execution of events, ambassadors, and field marketing.

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
