What You'll Do

As a Senior Registered Nurse, you'll provide exceptional patient care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

You'll:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Deliver skilled nursing care and evaluate patient outcomes
Coordinate care across the healthcare team
Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and discharge planning
Advocate for patients while respecting cultural, religious, and personal preferences
Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Serve as a Charge Nurse and/or preceptor when appropriate
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice

Qualifications

Required

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Texas RN license or Compact RN license
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
Current BLS certification through:
American Heart Association (AHA)
American Red Cross (ARC)
Military Training Network (MTN)

Preferred

Acute care nursing experience
