Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This energetic role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and clients while efficiently managing administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills and support various departments through exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with professional phone etiquette.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling mail, and maintaining visitor logs.
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office records.
Utilize Microsoft Office, outlook, and other computer skills to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and basic stock keeping.
Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing friendly and efficient service.
Maintain a tidy reception area and organize office supplies to promote a professional environment.
Handle clerical duties including copying, scanning, and maintaining filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Support personal assistant tasks such as calendar management for executives or team members as needed.

Experience

Prior office experience or administrative experience is highly preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is a plus.
Hospitality experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), outlook , teams, and data entry tools.
