We currently operate primary care clinics across New York and New Jersey and are expanding our services into Texas.

At DoctorHere, we combine patient-centered care with modern healthcare technology and AI-powered clinical tools to reduce administrative and documentation burdens, allowing our providers to spend more time focusing on what matters most: patient care.

As part of our expansion into Texas, we are seeking a Korean/English Bilingual Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our DoctorHere clinic in Plano, Texas.

Position Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Primary Care Physician who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and interested in growing with DoctorHere.

The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients, including preventive care, annual physicals, acute care, and chronic disease management.

To better serve our diverse patient population, candidates must be able to communicate effectively with patients and provide care in both Korean and English.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
Perform annual physicals and routine health examinations
Provide preventive care and recommended health screenings
Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses, including colds, flu, and other outpatient conditions
Evaluate and treat minor injuries and common medical concerns
Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia
Provide health counseling and lifestyle modification guidance
Order and review laboratory and diagnostic tests
Prescribe and manage medications as clinically appropriate
Coordinate specialist referrals when necessary
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and other members of the clinical team
Deliver a high-quality and compassionate patient experience

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

MD or DO degree
Active Texas Medical License or eligibility to obtain Texas licensure
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one
BLS Certification
Primary care and/or outpatient clinical experience
Fluency in both Korean and English
Ability to conduct patient consultations and provide medical care in both Korean and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality healthcare

Compensation

Base Salary: $220,000–$260,000 per year

Additional performance-based bonus opportunities may be available depending on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities.

The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibilities.
