Full Job Description

Zeus Restoration is a growing restoration and reconstruction company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We're looking for a motivated, organized, and coachable individual to join our Reconstruction team.

We're not looking for someone who has all the answers. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, works hard, communicates well, and wants to build a long-term career. If you have some construction experience and the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.
Communicate with homeowners and provide excellent customer service throughout the project.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
Schedule work to keep projects on time and within budget.
Perform job site visits and quality control inspections.
Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and project notes.
Work closely with our estimators, field crews, and office staff.
Help identify and solve project challenges before they become problems.
Ensure projects meet Zeus Restoration's quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

1 to 5 years of construction, restoration, or project coordination experience preferred.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
Comfortable using technology and willing to learn new software.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
