Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

Manage items such as payroll, order processing, and other tasks for a fast paced start up.
Perform data entry tasks accurately into various software platforms such as SAP and other bookkeeping or office management programs
Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or clients, ensuring efficient time management
Support office operations by handling clerical tasks such as payroll, benefits, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies
Provide administrative support such as coordinating meetings or events
Handle basic bookkeeping duties like invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining financial records using SAP or similar software

Experience

Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with administrative procedures
Demonstrated proficiency with productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting
Strong customer service background with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Technical proficiency in data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping tasks such as using SAP or similar accounting tools
Experience in payroll and benefits.
