****MINUMUM TWO YEAR SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED****

Texas Toyota of Grapevine is looking for Experienced Main Shop Service Advisors to join the team. With selling over 650+ cars a month, averaging 3,800 shop hours per month, we are a high volume moving dealership. We offer a fun, fast paced work environment, large shop with 65 bays servicing 5k plus vehicles per month, with a comprehensive benefit package which includes medical plans, 401 K, and paid vacation. Qualifications:

Must have 2 years writing Main Shop Work (Toyota preferred)
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
CDK Experience
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
Exhibit consultative selling skills.
Know the in’s and the out’s of product services.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within servicing situations.
Report directly to the Service Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
The ability to multi task.
Must be efficient with computers.
Write up the customer and find out what their needs are.
Go over the MPI with the customer.
Attend bi-weekly meetings.
Promote Teamwork to deliver on time and accurate care during all operating hours.
Participates in training, following safety procedures, job duties, and company policies.
