Position Overview

We are seeking Direct B2B Sales Representatives who are ready to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset in a performance-driven environment.

This is a relationship-based, field sales role where you will work directly with business owners and decision-makers to provide supplemental insurance solutions that protect their employees and operations.

You’ll have the opportunity to not only sell and earn, but also to build and scale your own book of business—and eventually your own team or agency.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Sales

Prospect and engage small-to-mid-sized businesses through direct outreach
Conduct in-person or virtual meetings with owners and decision-makers
Present and explain supplemental insurance products with return-of-premium features
Identify client needs and recommend solutions that genuinely protect and add value
Close new business and manage ongoing client relationships

Relationship & Account Management

Build long-term partnerships with clients based on trust and service
Educate employers and employees on how coverage works and why it matters
Maintain consistent follow-up and support for existing accounts

Entrepreneurial Growth

Track personal production and performance metrics
Develop leadership skills with the opportunity to recruit, mentor, and build a team
Scale into a team leader or agency builder role over time

Experience & Background

D2D and/or B2B Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Open to candidates with experience in competitive or performance-based environments (sports, leadership roles, etc.)
We are cautious about candidates with heavy direct sales backgrounds that may bring bad habits that are difficult to unlearn

Ideal candidates are in their second or third job—not entry-level fresh out of college
Demonstrates consistency in showing up, working hard, and following through
