**WE’RE HIRING – BILINGUAL OFFICE MANAGER**

Duct & AC Masters

We are a growing air conditioning company looking for a professional, organized, friendly, and dependable Bilingual Office Manager to join our team.

This person will play an important role in our company and will be the main point of communication between our customers, employees, contractors, and management.

We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, enjoys speaking with people, provides great customer service, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities.

REMOTE POSITION

This is primarily a work-from-home/remote position. However, you must be local and available to come into our office when needed for meetings, paperwork, training, or other business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer incoming calls and communicate with customers
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Schedule and coordinate customer appointments
Manage our daily schedule using Housecall Pro
Communicate with technicians and employees regarding schedules, jobs, and general office matters
Communicate with contractors and companies we work with
Follow up with customers regarding appointments, jobs, and payments
Collect and keep track of customer payments
Keep track of employee payroll information
Pay and keep track of company bills
Order materials when needed for larger projects
Maintain organized customer and job information
Handle general administrative and office responsibilities
Help keep the company’s day-to-day operations organized

REQUIREMENTS

Must be fluent in English AND Spanish
Must be local and able to come into the office when needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Professional and friendly phone manner
Strong customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities
Reliable, responsible, and punctual
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Comfortable working with scheduling, payments, invoices, and basic office paperwork
Able to communicate professionally with customers, employees, contractors, and management

HVAC experience is NOT required.

Experience with Housecall Pro is a plus, but not required. We can train the right person on how we use the system and how our company operates.

SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday
8 hours per day
30-minute lunch break

COMPENSATION

$900–$1,000 per week, depending on experience

BENEFITS

1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment
