Full Job Description

Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 annual base salary, based on experience, plus uncapped monthly commission.

As a Growth Champion, you will build trusted relationships with referral partners and families, develop your assigned territory, and guide prospective clients through the process of beginning care. You will be rewarded through a transparent, performance-based compensation plan with uncapped earning potential.

We are hiring a Growth Champion and will determine the appropriate level and base salary based on the selected candidate’s experience, established relationships, and track record of results.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary of $55,000–$75,000, based on experience
Uncapped monthly commission
Total anticipated earning potential of $80,000–$170,000+

Total earnings will vary based on individual performance, client starts, retention, and other terms of the commission plan. The stated earning potential is not guaranteed.

Commission Highlights

Monthly production determines the applicable commission tier.
Achieving nine or more new client starts qualifies the Growth Champion for Tier 2 commission rates for all eligible clients started during that month.
When a client remains on service for four months, the commission rate increases to the applicable retention percentage.
Commissions and total earnings are uncapped.
Additional terms and eligibility requirements are outlined in the company’s commission plan.

What You’ll Do

Drive Client Growth

Achieve monthly growth goals through new client acquisition.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through daily outreach, networking, and referral development.
Manage the sales process from initial referral through assessment and start of care.
Develop and execute a structured territory growth plan.
Meet or exceed client-start and authorized-care-hour goals.

Develop Referral Partnerships

Build trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, concierge practices, elder law firms, and other professional referral partners.
Conduct regular referral visits, educational presentations, networking events, and lunch-and-learns.
Identify new referral opportunities while strengthening existing relationships.
Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted ThriveWell representative throughout the community.
Develop strategic partnerships that support sustainable, long-term growth.

Guide Families Through the Care Journey

Respond promptly and compassionately to referrals and inquiries.
Educate families about ThriveWell’s services and available care options.
Coordinate assessments and help families navigate the decision-making process.
Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into care and an exceptional client experience.

Manage Your Territory

Create weekly and monthly business-development plans.
Prioritize opportunities based on client needs and growth potential.
Maintain accurate and timely CRM records.
Track prospects, referral activity, and opportunities.
Forecast monthly production and use performance data to improve results.
Share relevant market intelligence and referral-partner feedback.

Collaborate Across the Organization

Partner with Clinical, Operations, Scheduling, and Client Experience teams.
Communicate clearly throughout the referral and onboarding process.
Contribute ideas that strengthen growth, service delivery, and the overall client experience.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, teamwork, and follow-through.

Performance Expectations

The first two weeks are dedicated to onboarding, training, ride-alongs, CRM training, and territory planning. Beginning in the third week, the Growth Champion will be expected to develop a consistent level of sales and referral activity.

Following the onboarding period, the minimum monthly performance expectation is:

Four new client starts; or
800 new authorized care hours.

Performance will also be evaluated based on referral-development activity, CRM utilization, responsiveness, professionalism, collaboration, and overall contribution to territory growth.

Qualifications

All candidates are required to have home care and/or home health experience. We welcome candidates at different stages of their sales careers. The selected candidate’s level and base salary will be determined by relevant experience and demonstrated results.

Candidates qualifying at the developing level will have:

One to three years of experience in home care/healthcare, or a related relationship-sales-focused role.
Strong motivation, coachability, and follow-through.
The ability to build trust and communicate effectively with families and professional partners.
A desire to develop a career in healthcare sales and business development.

Prior home care sales experience is not required for candidates at this level.

Candidates qualifying at the experienced level will typically have:

Three or more years of home care and home health experience.
A demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Experience owning and growing an assigned territory.
The ability to build senior-level professional and community partnerships.
Existing healthcare or senior-care referral relationships, preferred.
Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
