Full Job Description

At Kruwis Management, we believe great leaders build great teams. We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple Jersey Mike's locations by developing leaders, driving operational excellence, and achieving strong financial results.

As the Regional Manager, you will coach and support General Managers and Management Partners, ensure operational consistency, maintain Jersey Mike's culture, and lead your market to achieve company goals.

The ideal candidate is an inspiring, hands-on leader with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple restaurant locations. If you're passionate about developing people, leading high-performing teams, and growing your career with an expanding organization, we'd love to hear from you.

Essential Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and mentor General Managers and Management Partners across multiple restaurant locations.
Build high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, and leadership development.
Identify and develop future leaders through training and succession planning.
Conduct regular restaurant visits to provide hands-on support and guidance.

Culture & Operations

Champion Jersey Mike's culture and lead by example.
Ensure every restaurant consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience "Mike's Way."
Monitor restaurant operations, food quality, cleanliness, safety, staffing, and compliance with company standards.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Financial & Business Performance

Maintain full accountability for the financial performance of all assigned restaurants.
Analyze P&L statements, labor, food costs, and key performance metrics.
Partner with restaurant leadership to develop business plans and implement strategies that drive sales, control costs, and improve profitability.
Drive EBITDAR performance and hold leadership teams accountable for achieving results.

Talent Development & Communication

Recruit, develop, and retain top management talent.
Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Partner with executive leadership and support teams to execute company initiatives and share best practices.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of successful multi-unit restaurant management experience is strongly recommended.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing restaurant teams.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, staffing, labor management, and financial performance.
Experience analyzing P&L statements and using financial data to improve business results.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine restaurant inspections.
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb stairs, and travel frequently between restaurant locations.
