Automotive Aftermarket Dealer Acquisition Account Executive – Tennessee

Base Salary + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission

Automotive F&I, Territory Management, or Dealer Training Experience Required

Are you a hunter? If you thrive on winning new business, opening new dealership accounts, and closing deals, Preferred Warranties (PWI) wants to talk to you.

We're looking for a high-energy Automotive Aftermarket Dealer Acquisition Account Executive to aggressively grow our Tennessee market. This is an in-market position, and candidates must live in Tennessee, preferably in the Nashville area.

What You'll Do

Acquire new automotive and powersports dealership accounts through strategic prospecting and consultative selling.
Grow existing dealer relationships by increasing product penetration and expanding share of wallet.
Train dealership owners, General Managers, Sales Managers, and F&I Managers on PWI products, technology, and proven selling techniques.
Identify dealer challenges and provide solutions that increase profitability and customer retention.
Build long-term relationships with dealership decision-makers.
Launch new products and drive growth throughout your territory.
Manage your territory like your own business while consistently exceeding sales goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Automotive F&I, dealership training, aftermarket sales, or territory management experience is REQUIRED.
Proven success prospecting, acquiring new dealership accounts, and closing business.
Existing dealer relationships and a strong dealer network are highly preferred.
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while effectively managing a sales territory.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Environmental Requirements

This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and driving to customer locations throughout the assigned territory. Candidates must be able to travel daily to dealership locations and work in varying climates, weather conditions, and indoor and outdoor environments.
