Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Executive Assistant for our office in Pleasanton, California.

What is the opportunity?

This position will be hybrid, onsite 3 days per week.

The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to senior management, manage scheduling, answer a multi-line phone, update reports/spread sheets and complete various other administrative tasks.

What are the primary responsibilities?

Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
Arrange travel, including itineraries and related logistics.
Serve as a point of contact for incoming requests, prioritizing and directing communications appropriately.
Draft, edit, and respond to correspondence with attention to tone, clarity, and professionalism.
Handle confidential information with strict discretion and professionalism.
Prepare, update, and maintain reports and spreadsheets.
Support basic budgeting and invoicing tasks, tracking, and administrative follow-up.
Assist with additional administrative projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Does this describe you?

Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a high-level executive assistant role.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft and respond to correspondence clearly and professionally.
Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests while staying calm, accurate, and responsive.
High level of discretion and comfort handling sensitive information.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email/calendar systems.
Professional judgment and the ability to represent leadership well in both written and verbal communication.

Do you have these qualifications?

Essential:
- A minimum of 5 years executive administrative experience (must have supported senior-level managers).
Preferred:
- Customer Service or Hospitality experience is a plus.
- Experience supporting executives is plus

The salary for this position is $27.57-$36.56 per hour.
