Full Job Description

Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Executive Assistant! We’re a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Whatever your title, whatever your role — it always comes back to this: we’re a farmer-owned co-op where everyone rolls up their sleeves to get the job done. Three maverick farmers started it all — and we’ve been making our own way ever since.

Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote.

The Executive Assistant provides secretarial and administrative support to executives, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. This role involves managing calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination, as well as preparing correspondences, reports, and presentations. The assistant also handles travel arrangements, expense tracking, and general clerical duties, while maintaining strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity in all interactions. Additionally, the position requires effective collaboration with other departments to solve business problems.

A Day in the Life...

• Provides secretarial/administrative support directly to executives (excluding CEO), exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. • Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided. • Responsible for utilizing business software applications (e.g., MS Office) to prepare correspondences, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, etc.• Responsible for calendar management, appointments, deadlines and meeting coordination. • Files documents and other materials, performs data entry of applicable information and maintains resource information, references and other indexes as appropriate. • Prepares travel/meeting arrangements, makes decisions & tracks expenses as required. • Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and email as necessary. • Perform general clerical duties as required.

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Annual Salary:

$65,700 - $82,100

The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
