Assistant Manager: Sales & Performance Leader (Plymouth)

Massage Envy Plymouth is home to an incredibly loyal and established membership base. Because our clinic stays consistently humming with active clients, we are looking for a Sales-Driven Assistant Manager who thrives in a vibrant environment and is ready to help us drive team performance and revenue to the next level.

This is a full-time position designed for a leader who treats the business like their own. If you are motivated by bonuses, professional development, and the "art of the sale," this is your next step.

Pay Range: $16.00 – $18.00 / hour + aggressive weekly and monthly commission and bonus structures.

The Accelerated 6-Week Growth Plan

We don't just hire managers; we build them. Your first six weeks are a structured roadmap to leadership:

Week 1: Master the Massage Envy Sales Process.
Week 2: Excellence in Shift Operations & Member Relations.
Week 3: Shift Lead Training & Conflict Resolution.
Week 4: Confidently Leading and Opening/Closing the Clinic.
Week 5: Driving Performance—Learning to coach the team to hit daily goals.
Week 6: Assistant Management Mastery—Assuming full operational and sales oversight.

Key Responsibilities: Focus on Growth

Drive Sales Performance: Lead by example on the front lines. You will present membership plans, recommend enhanced services, and close sales while coaching your team to do the same.
Team Development: Train and mentor Sales Associates and Shift Leads. You must be comfortable giving "in-the-moment" feedback to keep the team performing at their peak.
Operational Excellence: Manage the daily operations of a high-traffic spa, ensuring an impeccable environment and a seamless schedule.
Strategic Outreach: Identify opportunities for growth within our existing membership and the local community to increase service frequency and retention.
Accountability: Hold the staff to high standards of professional conduct and sales productivity.
