Clinical Pharmacist – Acute Care Premier Academic Medical Center | Teaching Hospital | Level I I Trauma Center

We're seeking a residency-trained Clinical Pharmacist to join an award-winning pharmacy team that practices at the top of its license. Compensation & Benefits

$80–$110/hour ($166,000–$230,000 annually)
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
$7,500 Relocation Assistance
Up to $20,000 Student Loan Repayment

What You'll Do

Practice alongside physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams while providing advanced clinical pharmacy services throughout the hospital.

Responsibilities include:

Clinical rounding with interdisciplinary teams
Medication therapy management and clinical interventions
Order verification and drug information consults
Pharmacokinetic dosing
Anticoagulation management
Renal dose adjustments
Participation in Code Blue and Rapid Response events

Specialty practice opportunities include:

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency (required)
Strong acute care clinical pharmacy experience and medication management skills
