As the first face our patients see, you'll play an essential role in creating an exceptional patient experience by:

Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism

Managing patient check-in and check-out

Scheduling appointments and coordinating daily patient flow

Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with insurance-related questions

Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records

Supporting the clinical team with administrative needs

Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
Full-Time

4–5 days per week

Most shifts are between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

One weekday each week will include an evening shift until 7:00 PM

No weekends
Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
