Full Job Description

We are hiring an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations for our upscale supper club and live entertainment lounge on Orlando’s Restaurant Row.

This is not a basic restaurant manager role. We need a hospitality operator who can own the floor, lead the team, protect the numbers, manage events, and help grow the business.

Compensation:
$75,000 starting annually, with possible bonus and performance incentives.

What You’ll Own:

Full venue operations for an upscale supper club and live entertainment concept
Guest relations and premium service standards
Staffing, scheduling, payroll, training, accountability, and shift leadership
Food, liquor, inventory, vendor ordering, waste control, and cost management
Live entertainment coordination and event-night execution
Private events, group bookings, and special event operations
Marketing support for shows, social hour, special events, and guest retention
Financial reporting, labor control, COGS awareness, and profitability
QuickBooks accuracy and operational reporting
POS/reservation systems, preferably SpotOn or similar platforms
Opening/closing procedures, cash controls, comps, voids, and manager logs
Health, safety, food service, and alcohol service compliance

Hard Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of restaurant, hospitality, venue, supper club, nightlife, hotel F&B, or event-management leadership experience. This is a hard requirement.
Proven experience managing payroll, staffing, inventory, guest relations, and financial responsibilities.
Strong QuickBooks knowledge.
Strong inventory management experience.
Comfortable working nights, weekends, events, and live-service hours.
Able to lead with ownership, urgency, professionalism, and hospitality.

Ideal Background:

Upscale restaurant, lounge, supper club, live music venue, steakhouse, hotel F&B, private events, or nightlife management.
Experience with liquor cost, food cost, labor control, event deposits, private parties, and VIP guest experience.
Strong presence on the floor and strong follow-through behind the scenes.
