Job Description:

Plan, direct, coordinate, or budget activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, and pipeline systems. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project to be brought in at or below budget while meeting the customer satisfaction requirements. The job consists of office and field work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Directing, planning and monitoring several projects with staff and clients.
Interpreting and explaining plans to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
Build relationships with clients and internal/external staff.
Understanding PW projects and their/requirements.
Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
Other duties as assigned

Experience:

10+years' experience

Education:

BA Degree
PMP Certificate preferred
