Company Background:

Ushio America, Inc. is an integrated solutions company for lighting systems. The company offers Finance Internship opportunity designed for students with a passion and interest in a multi-organizational business finance and accounting systems. Using in JD Edward EnterpriseOne, a powerful ERP software and Microsoft Office products, students will gain knowledge and experience bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and data management. This position is ideal for students studying or those aspiring towards a career in finance, business management, business administration, and/or accounting. This is paid internship with flexible working hours based around your class schedules.

Does this sound like you?

Must be enrolled in an accredited college
Maintain the Finance Team's digital records system
Complete work in a timely manner
Provide assistance to the Finance Team as necsessary
Scan vendor invoices and payments to Papervision.
Voucher vendor invoices
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Commit at least 10-20 hours per week (or more depending on need)
Flexibility and willingness to take on diverse roles and responsibilities
Ability to deliver company philosophy and uphold customer service standards
Computer literate - especially Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
