We're in search of a talented CAD Specialist with cabinetry experience to play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. This position offers the unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects, engineering custom organizational systems that not only meet but exceed our exacting standards of functionality and aesthetics.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Computer and Design Skills: We're looking for exceptional computer skills and experience in drafting, design, CAD, or 2D/3D architectural software is a significant plus. Your proficiencies will transform concepts into precise, efficient designs.
Blueprint Literacy: A keen ability to read and interpret blueprints is crucial, enabling you to grasp project scopes, dimensions, and requirements for precise design execution.
Mathematical Proficiency: Your expertise in arithmetic in both fraction and decimal inches is vital and familiarity with the metric system is a significant plus ensuring seamless project execution across various measurement standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams for seamless project execution.
Ensure designs adhere to in-house specifications to achieve client goals.
Utilize design software proficiently to create and modify designs (KCD, Cutrite, woodWOP, Draftsight).
Contribute to the overall success of projects through effective teamwork and innovation.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on skill level.
Full-Time Hours: Expect a 40 – 50 hour work week, with overtime needed based on operational demand
Comprehensive Benefits: Including 401(k) with matching, dental, health, life, and vision insurance, employee discount, flexible schedule, paid time off, parental leave, and a retirement plan.

Schedule:

Day shift, Monday to Friday 8-5, with overtime and weekends as needed.

Join Us If You Are:

Proficient in computer use, are familiar with design software, and have a background in cabinetry design and/or construction.
A critical thinker with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities in English (Spanish is a plus).
Able to work independently and as part of a team, comfortable with both Imperial and Metric systems, and efficient within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Able to commute to or planning to relocate to Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 before starting work.
