Charter Sales & Client Services Executive

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida OR Hybrid

TLC Jet is a premium private aviation brokerage specializing in providing clients with tailored private jet charter solutions and personalized service. We pride ourselves on delivering seamless travel experiences through expertise and a deep commitment to client satisfaction.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced charter sales professional to join our growing team in a role that spans client service, wholesale sourcing, and new business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in private aviation sales, an established network of operators and clients, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service from inquiry to flight completion. You will manage client relationships and source aircraft charters through our sourcing software, while actively developing new business through your network and thoughtful outreach. The role requires expertise, discretion, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

Client Services

Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term relationships.
Manage client trips from initial inquiry through flight completion, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Provide clients with accurate aircraft options, pricing, and flight logistics in a timely manner.
Serve as a responsive point of contact for client needs, itinerary changes, and day-of-travel coordination.
Ability to travel, and work nights and weekends in correspondence with client travel activity.

Wholesale Charter & Sourcing

Source, negotiate, and secure aircraft charters from Part 135 operators utilizing our sourcing software.
Develop and maintain strong operator relationships to secure competitive pricing and availability.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on aircraft types, fleets, and Part 135 charter feasibility.
Confirm operator and aircraft suitability, including review of safety ratings and operating certificates.
Manage time-sensitive requests, including ASAP and AOG trips, with care and precision.
Maintain accurate sourcing records, quotes, and trip documentation in the platform and CRM.

New Client Generation & Solicitation

Generate new business through outbound outreach, referrals, and industry networking.
Actively solicit new charter clients among HNWIs and corporate accounts.
Manage your book of business in HubSpot CRM, with consistent follow-up and pipeline tracking.
Support the preparation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Objectives

Consistent achievement of monthly and annual sales goals.
Timely, accurate quoting and reliable trip execution from inquiry to completion.
Growth of the client book through new business and repeat relationships.
Strong operator relationships and dependable sourcing outcomes.
Positive client feedback and a reputation for service and discretion.

Working Relationships

Direct collaboration with the Founder and leadership team.
Regular interaction with operations and sourcing partners.
Ongoing external interaction with clients, operators, and vendors.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a private jet broker, charter sales executive, or in a related aviation sales role.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in private aviation.
Strong network of operators, clients, and industry contacts.
Working knowledge of Part 135 charter, aircraft types, and fleet capabilities.
Proficiency with charter sourcing software and CRM (HubSpot preferred).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Willingness to accommodate evenings, weekends, and travel commitments as client needs require.
Required to work every other weekend.
