Responsibilities

Execute the precise installation of hardware onto complex sheet metal assemblies to ensure structural integrity.
Apply masking techniques with high consistency to prepare components for specialized coating processes.
Adhere strictly to AS9100D quality management protocols to maintain aerospace-grade production standards.
Conduct thorough visual and mechanical inspections to verify component accuracy before downstream processing.
Optimize workspace organization and safety protocols to foster a high-efficiency production environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive throughput targets without compromising on craftsmanship.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Demonstrated experience in a precision manufacturing, assembly, or industrial environment.
