Title: Office Operational Manager – Residential Plumbing Location: Old Town Lewisville, TX (In-person) Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 a year Job Type: Full-time Industry: Residential New Plumbing No Industrial)

About the Role: We are a specialized plumbing business based in Old Town Lewisville, TX, focused entirely on new construction residential homes and high-end custom homes. We are seeking a precise, detail-oriented Office Operational Manager to join our team in person. This role is strictly focused on our residential operations. You will serve as our operational backbone, managing procurement, field operations, and daily financial tasks to ensure our plumbing projects run smoothly from start to finish. Core Responsibilities: Customer Service, accurately order fixtures for home projects and invoicing accurately.

Scheduling jobs Accounting & Billing: Handle basic accounting principles, including cutting checks for accounts payable, billing residential jobs, and entering cash receipts and payroll.. * Invoicing: Generate accurate, detailed invoices for each completed job, factoring in any project extras. * Customer Service: Manage professional communication by answering phone inquiries and handling email correspondence.

Required Skills & Experience: * Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Sage software and/or QuickBooks Field Management is strictly required.

* Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to work with high precision regarding numbers, ordering, and invoicing.

* Background: Plumbing experience is highly helpful and preferred.

Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and proficient professional email writing skills.
