Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist them with their sandwich choices.

Prepare sandwiches neatly and quickly, following recipes and presentation standards.

Use the Point of Sale system to accurately record orders, handle payments, and provide change.

Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards throughout your shift.

Restock sandwich unit items to ensure a steady supply during busy periods.

Perform light paperwork and cash-in procedures as needed.
What We’re Looking For

Previous culinary experience or similar food-service roles are required.

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical stamina to stand, bend, and walk throughout the workday, and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service.

Weinberger's Deli is a unique style sandwich shop specializing in over a hundred varieties of sandwiches and styles. Not your typical sandwich eatery. Many sandwiches are classics, Reubens, Cheesesteaks, Subs, Cubans, and Sausage sandwiches. But then there are the one-of-a-kind original creations, The Ciabatta Bomb, Bourdain, Cali Club, the list is almost endless. If we have the internet to find a sandwich out there, and the ingredients we can recreate it in our own style.
We expect the customer to have the best and most memorable sandwich experience of their life. Guaranteed, if they do not like their sandwich bring it to our attention and we will get them something different. Good food, fast, with attention to detail. A small shop with a huge following.
