About the Role:
We're looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Content Manager to own our brand voice across every channel. This role encompasses the full content ecosystem: copywriting, product copy, SEO, and visual content direction for photo and video.
You'll be the engine behind our content, working cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and creative teams to produce work that's on-brand, conversion-focused, and culturally relevant.
What You’ll Own:
· Copywriting — Brand, marketing, and campaign copy across email, web, ads, and campaigns
· Product Copy — PDPs, packaging copy, and retail content that drives purchase
· SEO Writing — Blog posts, landing pages, and web content optimized for search
· Social Media Content — Content calendar, captions, community voice, and platform strategy across Meta platforms, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others
· Visual Content — Brief and direct photo and video; collaborate with photographers, videographers, and UGC creators to produce on-brand assets
· Content Planning — Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery across all channels
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years of content experience, ideally in a consumer brand, CPG, or agency setting
- Strong writing portfolio spanning multiple formats (copy, long-form, social, product)
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, Surfer)
- Experience briefing or directing photo/video shoots — you don't need to hold the camera, but you know how to guide the vision
- Proficiency with social scheduling tools (Later, Sprout, etc.) and a pulse on platform trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball
- A genuine interest in Honey and the consumer landscape
- Preferred - Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing
- Preferred - Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce content workflows
- Preferred - Experience with UGC creator management
