Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Weekend Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team! In this vibrant role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during weekend shifts, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for guest satisfaction, as you handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with confidence. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with smooth check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
Manage guest reservations efficiently, including modifications and cancellations, utilizing hospitality reservation systems
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and special requests while ensuring confidentiality
Handle phone communication with clarity and professionalism, including answering inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
Enforce hotel policies and emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and comfort during your shift
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to resolve guest issues quickly and effectively
Support night audit processes when required to ensure financial accuracy at the end of each shift

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols
Ability to work weekends consistently, demonstrating flexibility in scheduling
Previous experience in resort environments or night audit functions is a plus
