Full Job Description

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to work in the Sandusky, OH area. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other industrial equipment, to produce precision components according to technical specifications. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, quality, and efficiency are paramount. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency in programming and interpreting technical drawings, and experience with manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do:

Run CNC machines like lasers, lathes, and mills.
Set up and work various machines like saws and drills.
Check that products meet quality standards.
Do some mechanical assembly when needed.
Program machines for specific tasks.
Troubleshoot equipment and parts without help.
Other tasks as assigned.

Shifts Available:

1st Shift
2nd Shift (shift premium)

What You Need:

Pass a basic math and measurement test.
Reading mechanical drawings is a plus.
Know how to use hand tools.
Understanding angles and using a protractor is a bonus.
Reading micrometers and calipers is a plus.

Your Background:

High School Diploma or GED.
Experience with CNC press brake or fiber optics laser is a plus.
Extra training or certification in machining or CNC is a plus.
