Real Estate Listing / Transaction Coordinator

Team Zimmerman with RE/MAX Advantage

Location: Port Orange, FL (In-Office) | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Type: Full-Time

As our Listing / Transaction Coordinator, you'll ensure smooth residential transactions from contract to close, work closely with agents in-office, and cross-train on administrative support while leveraging software, smart automation, and tech/AI tools to keep our business running efficiently. All while contributing to a positive workplace where hard work is recognized and successes are celebrated together.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction & Listing Coordination: Drive real estate transactions from contract to close with precision, review contracts, addenda, disclosures, and amendments for 100% compliance, and handle pre-listing admin, MLS entries, and document uploads.

Software & Workflow Efficiency: Utilize platforms like Open to Close, SkySlope, DocuSign, MLS, and Google Workspace to track deadlines and maintain compliance, while leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline communications, enhance file accuracy, and minimize repetitive tasks.

Detail-Oriented & Tech-Savvy: You thrive on structure, strict deadline tracking, and catching minor details early. You enjoy learning new software, automating manual processes, and finding modern tools to improve day-to-day operations.

Clear Communicator & Team Player: Professional, organized, and approachable in all interactions, bringing a positive, solution-oriented mindset each day to work closely alongside our agents.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience & Knowledge: 1 to 3+ years in real estate administration, transaction coordination, escrow, or related office support (we are happy to train candidates with strong organizational and technical skills). Experience with Open to Close, SkySlope, DocuSign, MLS, Google Workspace, and generative AI platforms is a plus.

Pay

$35,000.00 per year
