Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Printing Pre-Press Specialist to join our printing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be the vital link between design concepts and the final printed product, ensuring that all materials are prepared with precision for high-quality printing. Your expertise in digital art, and print production will drive the seamless transition from the pre-press department to production. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, all while honing your skills in cutting-edge design tools and techniques.

Duties

Prepare digital files for printing by performing color management, layout adjustments, and ensuring compatibility with various printing presses
Collaborate with Customers to review artwork, verify specifications, and make necessary modifications to optimize print quality.
Conduct quality control checks throughout the pre-press process to identify and resolve issues related to typography, layout design, or color consistency.
Maintain detailed records of print jobs, equipment settings, and quality standards to ensure consistency across production runs.
Troubleshooting of technical issues related to print quality concerns.
Operate Canon and Xerox production machines.

Skills

Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong communication and problem- solving skills, as well as keen attention to detail.
Experience with layout design, typography, and print production concepts.
Ability to operate and maintain Canon and Xerox production printers
