Every new team member starts at $21.00/hour during paid training while learning directly from experienced professionals.
This role is designed to be the starting point of a long-term career in residential remodeling.
As you develop your skills, prove yourself, and take on more responsibility, you will have opportunities to move into specialized installation roles throughout our company with earning potential equivalent to $50-$70+/hour.
At SIR, your first position does not have to be your final position.

What You'll Do
As a Construction Crew Member, you will work alongside experienced remodeling professionals while learning the skills needed to become a successful installer.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting experienced installation crews on residential remodeling projects
- Preparing tools, materials, and job sites
- Supporting installation of home improvement products
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Learning proper installation techniques and construction processes
- Developing the skills needed to advance into specialized roles
- Representing SIR professionally in customers' homes

Previous experience in construction, remodeling, roofing, siding, windows, flooring, landscaping, manufacturing, warehouse, moving, framing, painting, plumbing, HVAC, concrete, or other hands-on work is a plus.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license REQUIRED
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
