An established and growing hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Position Summary

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including guest service, staffing, training, financial performance, food safety, and team development. The ideal candidate is an energetic, hands-on leader committed to operational excellence and creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing managers and team members.
Analyze financial and operational performance to achieve sales, profit, labor, and food cost goals.
Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Foster employee engagement, accountability, and a positive team culture.
Execute local marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts.
Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience; high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
Proven success managing labor costs, food costs, sales growth, and profitability.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and profit-and-loss statements.
Food Safety Manager Certification required.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
