Full Job Description

The Accounting Office Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of accounting and administrative duties that support the dealership’s daily financial operations. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment while maintaining compliance with company policies and manufacturer requirements.

Accounting Functions

Post vehicle sales deals into the dealership management system.
Process warranty, rebate, and manufacturer receivables.
Assist with inventory reconciliations for new and used vehicles.
Maintain floorplan schedules and documentation.
Support title and registration paperwork as needed.
Assist with service and parts accounting transactions.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts.
Prepare daily cash receipts and deposits.
Reconcile schedules and identify outstanding items for resolution.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
